Open or view your support tickets.
Logging a support ticket is as easy as 1, 2, 3
Here’s how you do it:
Method 1:
- Go to My Ticket Dashboard
- If you have not yet created an account, you can register.
- Click “New Ticket” to create a new ticket.
From the Ticket Dashboard, you can track the status of your open tickets and enhancement requests.
Method 2:
Send an email to any of the below email addresses:
- [email protected] for technical support.
- [email protected] for billing issues and questions.
- [email protected] for sales questions.
