Open or view your support tickets.

Logging a support ticket is as easy as 1, 2, 3

Here’s how you do it:

Method 1:

  1. Go to My Ticket Dashboard
  2. If you have not yet created an account, you can register.
  3. Click “New Ticket” to create a new ticket.

Login to the Ticket Dashboard

From the Ticket Dashboard, you can track the status of your open tickets and enhancement requests.

Method 2:

Send an email to any of the below email addresses:

  1. for technical support.
  2. for billing issues and questions.
  3. for sales questions.
